Our approach to airport stays
A transit stay has a different rhythm from a holiday. You are not choosing between attractions — you are deciding how to use a narrow window of time between two flights, ideally without stress. Baan Sabai is built around that reality.
When you contact us, we ask for your flight details so we can match the room and shuttle to your actual schedule, not a generic check-in time. Every booking is confirmed with a clear start and end time, and the shuttle — where included — is arranged at the same moment. There are no decisions to make on arrival.

Arrive and rest
The front desk expects you. The room is ready. Everything else can wait until you have had a proper shower and some tea.

Daytime Rest Room
฿4,300 / stay (up to 6 hours)
A quiet, curtained room for travellers with a long wait between flights. The room has a freshly made bed, a warm rainfall shower, complimentary tea and coffee and gentle Wi-Fi throughout. Suited to solo guests and couples who simply want to wash, nap and feel refreshed before boarding. Luggage may be kept at the desk, and a soft wake-up call can be set on request.

The room includes blackout curtains for daytime sleeping, a kettle and a small desk, with a light breakfast served from early morning for guests with dawn departures. A gentle choice for those who arrive late and leave the next day.

Our Standards
The same care across every room type
Full room turnover
Every room is fully cleaned and restocked between guests. No linen is reused, and every surface is wiped regardless of how short the previous stay was.
24-hour reception
The front desk is staffed at all hours. If your flight is delayed or your plans change, someone is always reachable — in person, not via an automated system.
Secure, private data handling
Guest registration data is kept on secure systems and used only for your stay. We do not share information with third parties or use it for marketing.
TAT-registered accommodation
Baan Sabai holds valid Tourism Authority of Thailand licensing and meets Thai Hotel Act requirements — not a grey-area rental, but a properly registered guesthouse.
Fire safety compliance
Exit routes are posted in every room and equipment is inspected on a quarterly schedule. All rooms have working smoke detection.
What's quoted is what you pay
There are no supplementary charges at checkout. The rate includes everything listed. Shuttle, storage, meals and tea are included where specified and never billed separately.
