Five things worth knowing

Over 16 years serving transit guests

When Baan Sabai opened in 2009, it had four rooms and one family managing them. Those same people are still here. That kind of continuity matters — there is no learning curve, no temporary staff covering for someone else, and no moment where the guest knows more about the shuttle route than the host does.

  • Thailand Tourism Authority registered accommodation
  • Thai Hotel Act compliant since opening
  • Airport-area hospitality as a dedicated specialism

Timing built around flights, not hotel convention

Most hotels set check-in at 14:00 and check-out at noon. Those times have no particular meaning for a traveller landing at 03:30 with a connecting flight at 17:00. At Baan Sabai, the start and end of your stay are agreed when you book, based on your actual itinerary. The Daytime Room and the Long Layover Suite both work this way as standard.

  • Check-in and check-out aligned to your flights
  • Wake-up calls confirmed and followed up
  • Shuttle timetable planned at time of booking

A front desk that is always there

Airlines do not stop at midnight. Neither do we. The front desk at Baan Sabai is staffed every hour of every day. If your flight arrives late, if your plans change, if you simply want a second cup of tea at 2 in the morning, someone is at the desk. Not a call centre in another city — a person in the building who knows the property.

  • Around-the-clock staffed reception
  • Local knowledge of the airport area
  • English spoken — no language barrier for international guests

Transparent pricing, no additions at the end

The price quoted includes what is described — tea and coffee, luggage storage, shower supplies and, where relevant, the shuttle and a light meal. There are no service charges added on checkout, no minibar invoices and no optional items that turn out not to be optional. What you see is what you pay.

  • All-inclusive room rates from ฿4,300
  • Shuttle included with overnight and suite bookings
  • No hidden service fees or surcharges

Guests leave feeling ready to travel

The measure of a transit stay is not how much the room costs or how impressive the lobby is — it is whether you board your next flight feeling steadier than when you arrived. That is what Baan Sabai works toward. A warm shower, a quiet sleep, a fresh cup of tea and a reliable car to the terminal at the right time. Nothing more complicated than that.

  • Rainfall shower with quality toiletries in every room
  • Quiet rooms with soft lighting and natural materials
  • Fresh linen for every single stay

What Sets Us Apart

Things only Baan Sabai offers

Flight-tracked departure service

For Long Layover Suite guests, our team quietly monitors your outbound flight status and arranges your car to the airport at the right moment — even if the gate changes or the departure shifts.

Hourly rest rooms — no overnight minimum

Our Daytime Rest Room is available for up to six hours at a single rate. You do not pay for a full night when you only need the afternoon. Few accommodation options near the airport offer this kind of flexibility.

Thai welcome for international guests

Every room comes with a small welcome tray — jasmine tea, warm water and a soft snack. It is a detail drawn from Thai hosting tradition and one that guests from across the world mention as something they remembered.

Quiet lane, not a busy road

We are not on the main Bang Na-Trat Road. We sit down a calm residential lane, which means less noise and a genuine sense of stepping away from the airport, even for a short stay.
